No, that is not what SCOTUS wrote. While you may try to not use clickbait, you have fallen for the clickbait of others. The reporting on SCOTUS is embarrassing at best, dangerous at worst, and simply wrong any way you look at it. They don't even bother to tell us what SCOTUS ACTUALLY decided, because then no one will care. SCOTUS did NOT say what Biden did was allowed. Further, they didn't address the merits in any way, so speculation on "how much pressure" the government can place on companies is premature, at a minimum. SCOTUS ONLY said the plaintiffs had no standing to sue. Granted, not addressing the merits effectively allows it to happen, at least until the attorneys restructure their case properly and- refile. I don't agree with the decision and believe the government deliberately structured their censorship to make legal action difficult (they are getting far too good at that), but it appears the attorneys here fell into the trap and the Roberts Court jumped at the chance to make a non-decision, just as it has far too often since he became Chief Justice. there is something i read once that says that if SCOTUS, or ANY of the branches of government is not acting in accord with the Consitution, it can be ignored, set aside, or even eliminated and replaced with one that serves the people. It even says something about being a duty of the xitizen to ignore or reject any 'law' that is not in accord with a document. I think that this 'document' is the UInited States Consitution. Zach, it's really easy in my mind....we need to balkanize. WE need a convention of states and we need to balkanize, let liek minded states go one way and follow the Consitution, ket the blue hell states go their own way and live as they choose. Our group needs to develop an ACTIVE offense/defense to protect and maintain our way of life. It's time to go back to small, like minded communites that share values and have something to offer.

I love your channel. Been watching for a few years now. But with all due respect, in the first 43 seconds of this video you're already incorrect. Please go read the entire supreme court decision. I can't leave a link here, but the case is Murthy v. Missouri. The Supreme Court did NOT rule on the merits of the case. They did NOT say it was OK for the government to limit free speech. The ONLY thing they said was the plaintiffs lack standing to file the suit in the first place. That just means that they failed to meet the Article III requirements for standing. It basically dismissed the case without ruling on the merits at all. That's important to understand. It didn't make binding president that the government can use social media companies to restrict speech. It simply said that the wrong people filed suit at the wrong time and failed to show standing. I don't fully buy into the lack of standing argument, but I can see, reading the decision, why that argument was made. I just want to make clear that this decision DID NOT, as you stated, allow the government to restrict speech via social media outlets, it simply said that the plaintiffs lacked standing to bring the suit. Which means the topic is still able to be taken to court, but the attorneys need to do a better job of structuring the suit and picking plaintiffs.

Then it went to totally disabling my phone when I tried to post about that certain governing body so that the only thing I could do with my smart phone was turn it off, then back on & start over. I'm so happy to have them all in page protectors and in spiral bound notebooks. It took me forever but, oh my, SO worth it.
